  • What is the refund/cancellation policy?

    Refund Policy:

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in case of class cancellation by CEAPAC.

    Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests within 24hrs of the class time may result in forfeit of the class credit. Please email into info@ceapac.ca with our request.

Class credits may be offered by individual instructors on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your instructor to determine your options. Credits are only applicable to the same class type or an open studio timeslot.

Class credits are not offered for promotional classes/series such as the Intro to Pole Series.

    Late arrival/No Show Policy:

Arrivals beyond 5mins of the class start time may be denied participation in the class. This is to ensure each student is adequately warmed up to prevent injury.

No shows result in forfeit of the class credit.

  • How long is a class credit valid and can I use it for another class?

Class credits, if not rescheduled immediately, must be used within 30 days of the issue date.

Independent instructors sublease our space to conduct their classes. Our in house booking platform Vagaro allows students the ease of booking some of our classes in a central location. As such a class credit offered by one instructor may not be applied to another instructor’s class.

However, vagaro class credits issued by all instructors can be used to enroll in an open studio session.

To request a class credit please contact your instructor.

  • Can I bring a friend with me to class?

Due to the nature of the classes offered, only enrolled students are permitted into the studio.

  • Can I bring my child to class?

For safety reasons no minors are permitted in our studio.

  • What is your video/photo policy?

No videography or photography is permitted in class or in the change areas by default.

No recording is permitted of instructors or other students without their express permission.

    Recording Best Practices:

    1) Always ask the instructor permission if you would like to record yourself.

    2) Always ask the express permission of all students in class. This includes students that may not be in the shot.

    3) Once you have permission from all parties, let all students know when and where you are recording.

    4) Respect the comfort level of your classmates when determining if it is appropriate to record at all.

    5) Be mindful when posting on social media. If your photo/video has any other body in the shot, including reflections in mirrors, you must have their express consent before posting. Blurring or stickers over bodies may not always be adequate.
