Beginner Pole - Introductory Series

4 Weeks

This series is suitable for individuals with no prior pole experience. Learn the foundational skills for beginner level pole.

Beginner Pole

This class is suitable for individuals working on the foundational skills for pole. This series is suitable for individuals with 4+ weeks of beginner level pole experience.

12 Weeks

Pre-intermediate Pole

Build on the beginner basics, inverts and skills to prepare for the transition to intermediate level pole.

16 Weeks

Intermediate Pole

Inverting and ready to move up? This class will introduce you to intermediate level skills.

20 Weeks

Pre - Advance Pole

This bridge course is designed to prep high intermediate level students for the leap to advance pole. Work on your pre-reqs for the next level.

20 Weeks

Advance Pole

Time to take your skills up in the air with more advance skills and aerial combinations.

Open Studio

Studio time for practice, play, conditioning, stretch etc.

No instruction is provided.

Floorwork Choreography Classes

Floorwork Flow

This is floorwork based choreography class with limited upright movement across the floor. Suitable for all levels.

Heels optional.

Knee pads recommended.

Pole Choreography Classes

Beginner Pole Flow

This is pole Choreography class suitable for those that are new to pole choreo and dancing in heels.

Heels & Knee pads required.

Low Flow

This is a pole choreography class with tricks and sequences limited to the lower third of the pole.

Open level. Heels Optional.

Knee pads recommended.

Heels & Flow

This is a intermediate+ level pole choreography class. Student will learn complex sequences with an emphasis on fluidity and lines.

Intermediate+

Knee pads required.

Heels required.


Pole Instructors

  • Pulwisha (Pally)

    Pally has been teaching pole since 2018. Her teaching style is education based with a strong emphasis on safe progression. She values continual learning as more educational resources become available for pole skills. Her strengths are teaching strength based skills to all levels and teaching flexibility tricks that are accessible for less flexy bodies.

    She enjoys creating and teaching interesting pole choreography.

  • Nicole A Gogo (Nicole)

    Nicole has practiced pole since 2017 and has been teaching since 2020. Her focus is to make sure you have fun, train safely, and to help build your foundational skills. You’ll find a good portion of her instruction is focused on conditioning. This gives students the strength and endurance they need to execute those “wow” moves safely and with confidence. Nicole also teaches choreography classes and loves to help those new to heel dancing find their rhythm.

  • Stephanie (Steph)

    Stephanie has been teaching pole since 2019. She enjoys putting fundamental movement into performance pieces with an emphasis on flow between movements, smooth transitions and adding a touch of entertainment to basic pole moves.

  • Aylah

    Since her first class in 2020 Aylah’s love for pole has only continued to grow. After investing three years into her pole practice she discovered a new found confidence and strength.

    Lover of tricks and sensual movement she continues to aspire to share the love of movement through developing body connection and nurturing self love.

    Along side being a student herself, she started her on her instruction journey in Fall of 2023. She strives to grow and support others in their pole practice. She aims to create a supportive and inclusive environment in her classes.

    Vee discovered pole dance in 2018 and quickly fell in love. By 2021, she took the leap to become a certified pole and floorwork instructor, dedicating herself to guiding others on their movement journeys. Her favorite part of teaching is helping students find confidence and empowerment through intentional movement.

    Committed to professional development, Vee continually seeks new certifications and projects to expand and refine her skills. She loves all genres of pole dance, but is most passionate about floorwork, low flow, and heels.
